We want you to love your official Taylor Swift merchandise, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy mailer, ensuring you include the packing slip provided in the portal.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that a return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
